Lovely and small, this Acoma Pottery pot measures 2″ high x 2″ diameter.
The Acoma Pueblo is one of the oldest still-inhabited dwellings in North America. Located approximately 80 miles west of Albuquerque, the “Sky City” of Acoma is both a beautiful and mystifying location. Acoma Pottery, with its recognizable monochrome and polychrome designs, is some of the most beautiful Native American pottery available. Known for its very thin walls, stylistic fluted rims, and beautifully painted geometric designs, making Acoma is a time consuming and resource intensive venture.
