Spanish Pottery & Tile Company, Los Angeles, CA 1920-1930. Folk art tile top table “Desert Scene”. Pretty nifty piece from my own collection. Tiles are Spanish Pottery and tile pavers. Better known for there tile installations at Scotty’s Castle in Death Valley. These tiles continue on their tradition of rustic terra cotta with a heavy vivid glazed. These are unique and never before seen: One of a kind. Solid old growth pine or Redwood base. Hand carved. Circa 1930. Table measures 17″ tall x 25.5″ wide x 25.5″ deep.
